Hello! I’m Michele, and I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential. I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2010 and have served my community in urgent & emergency, orthopedics, ski clinic, urology, surgical, and population health nursing.
Through recognizing that traditional Western medicine falls short on the concept of improving health, I’ve been dedicated to studying and applying the principles of integrative and holistic health for the past 3+ years. My approach is truly personalized, combining the latest scientific research with practical, real-world strategies to help my clients thrive. I believe that true health encompasses not only the absence of disease, but true physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
As my childbearing years came to an end, I found myself tired, overweight, and completely out of shape. My nutrition, sleep, and mindset needed a reboot. My journey in transforming my own health started in 2016 when I signed up for a “NEW YOU” course through a local CrossFit gym. Here I experienced somewhat of an ‘enlightenment’ in realizing that exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching were the key factors missing from our modern medical approach.
From there, I went on to obtain my CF-L1 certification with the goal of merging my practical medical knowledge with exercise and nutrition science. I completed my CF-L2 certificate in February of 2024, I have a certificate from the Stanford Nutrition Science program, and I stay current with advancements in functional medicine, sports nutrition, and stress reduction techniques to ensure my clients receive the most effective and evidence-based guidance available. I currently work as a Premium member coach for Wild Health and private coach for clients here at xStrategy Health.
Outside of work, my husband and I have three amazing kids living their best teenage lives! We live on a mini-farm in Bend, Oregon and are learning to tend to the land, care for animals, and cultivate crops. My current obsession is with learning the habits of bees and how to keep them healthy and happy! We enjoy spending time outdoors by hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, and exploring all that Central Oregon has to offer.
